Munich Advanced Course in International Law (MACIL)
The MACIL summer school is a two-week, English-taught summer course that offers an opportunity for students and young professionals to dedicate two weeks to intense and in-depth study of international law. Lectures are given by renowned experts of international law. The MACIL class is composed of about 20-30 students, allowing for a close exchange of ideas between lecturers and students. Classes bring together participants with different academic backgrounds – advanced undergraduates, master and PhD students, and young professionals – and more than 20 nationalities each year.
Unfortortunately, the 9th MACIL course, which was scheduled to take place in July/August 2020, has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As soon there are new information regarding the Summer Course 2021, you will find them on the MACIL webpage.
